END TIME IS A GUESS - NOT GIVEN IN SOURCE INFO   Subject: Rising 1st Grade Boys - Come to the Boat Races! - April 6 Cub Scout Pack 122 is off to the races! Join us, rain or shine, for our annual RainGutter Regatta on Monday April 6th at 6:30pm at Asbury United Methodist Church, 11724 Asbury Chapel Road, Huntersville. Visiting boys will get a chance to do a "fun" run on the RainGutter Regatta course!Along with the big races, you'll have a chance to find out what Cub Scouting is all about. Pack 122 is a Cub Scout Pack that is made up of home-schooled boys who are in grades 1 through 5 (age approximately 7-11). It won't take you very long to see how well Scouting goes along with home schooling . The achievements that the boys work on teach Godly character, as well as educating them about the world around them. We go camping, hiking, play sports, build stuff, and have gone on many field trips to places like recycling centers, museums, and television production facilities. Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting-citizenshi p training, character development, and personal fitness. All of our activities will really make a difference in your boy's life. If you plan to attend please contact Stephen Parrish at 704-503-5815 or steveyp@bellsouth. net or Teena Winget at 704-503-5290 or teena@thewingets. com.
