Fall Festival at Education Express
Education Express has teamed up with Mecklenburg Co. and Cabarrus Co. Autism Societies for a funfilled day of events.  Come in on October 3rd to give back to your local Autism Society.    Events include: Face Painting Door Prizes Games Discounts and much more!!   Date:  October 3, 2009  Time:  10am- 2pm Location:  Education Express        @ Concord Mills   Shop online with us at Education Express Online

Pheonix Montessori Athletics Planning Meeting

End time is an estimation   Hello Homeschool Parents, Thank you so much for your interest in partnering with Phoenix Montessori Academy for athletics for the 2009-2010 school year. The interest from homeschool parents was high and thus PMA would like to invite you to join us for a planning meeting on Septmeber 29th at Phoenix Montessori Academy. The meeting will begin at 6:30. We will assess interest in the various sports, and decide which sports we will field teams for this year. Some of the options include: basketball (girls and boys), tennis (boys and girls), golf, volleyball (girls), and cross country (boys and girls). PMA is excited about the opportunity to continue with a sports program. The children benefited greatly from last year's experience. If you plan to attend the meeting, please reply to this email so that we can determine a definitive interest level. Also, please feel free to pass this email along to anyone that you think may be interested. Unfortunately, we were too late for soccer this year, but we would like to discuss options for next year. Park Days

Our members regularly plan park days for free play and social interaction (for parents as well as kids!).  Please check our calendar regularly for scheduled park days.

Field Trips

Our members plan a lot of field trips!  We invite you to see the list of activities that our members have provided in the past.  We would love to have you volunteer and organize trips that interest you!  The options are limited only by your imagination and willingness to organize.  Check out our calendar to see what we have scheduled for this year.
